| • On 10 December 2011: The Civil Society Working Group for Human Rights Day, which is composed of NGOs, associations, NGOs coalitions, together with labor unions, indigenous communities, women groups and youth organizations, organize a celebration to mark the 63 rd Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations. About 2,000 out of expected 4,000 participants such as foreign diplomats, government officials and members of civil society meeting together in front of the National Assembly and will then peacefully march toward the newly constructed Freedom Park. This year's Human Rights Day main theme is: “Independent Judiciary and Freedom of Expression are Foundations of Social Justice and Respect for Human Rights”.
